Died 7 June 1917 aged 34

Son of John and Eliza Sheales Miller of Weston Underwood.

Commemorated at Ypres Menin Gate Memorial, Belgium.

Commemorated on a family headstone at

Mugginton All Saints Churchyard, Derbyshire.

Just to avoid any possible confusion, the churchyard is in Mugginton not Muggington!
