Son of John and Mary Spilsbury.

Commemorated at Ypres Menin Gate Memorial, Belgium.

Commemorated on a family headstone at

Middlewich Cemetery, Cheshire.
N.B. CWGC give date of death as 3 April, headstone states 1 April 1916.
