William SMITH

Extended Description: SMITH William. Private 202252, 2/4th South Lancashire Regiment. Born 20th December 1879 and killed in action 27th September 1918. He was the son of John and Mary of 42, Common Lane, Culcheth. He is commemorated on a family memorial in Newchurch, churchyard, Cuklcheth, Lancashire and is at rest in Anneux British Cemetery, Nord, France.
