Extended Description: Corporal 19225, 6th Border Regiment, killed in action 25th November 1916 aged 23. Son of Mrs. Margaretta Christina Forster, of 77, Bickley St., Moss Side, Manchester, husband of Sarah Reynolds (formerly Roberts), of 18, Swain Sreet., Coupland Street., Chorlton-on-Medlock, Manchester.

Commemorated on his mother's memorial at Manchester Southern Cemetery and also on the Thiepval memorial, Somme, France
