JAMES William. Stoker 1st Class, K/21476, HMS Venerable. Died 5th August 1915 of empyema of the left lung in Royal Naval Hospital Bighi Malta aged 21. Born 24 April 1894 at Brighton to Nellie of 14 William Street, Brighton Enlisted 8 December 191e on HMS Victory II. At rest in Plot C Grave 263 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
