Extended Description: William Galbraith Master, Merchant Navy on SS Brackenfield. Killed at sea 10 June 1944 aged 51. His ship was sunk by an E Boat attack 50 miles South of Nab Light Vessel. Husband of Lydia Galbraith, of Liverpool. Commemorated on the Tower Hill Memorial London

This memorial plaque is at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire
