Born 14 November 1891 in Rotherham, Yorkshire to Clement and Rose Hannah Kendrick, nee Tipton of (1901) 195 Wellgate, Rotherham, Yorkshire, enlisted 24 October 1915 on HMS Blenheim, previous occupation Royal Navy as Portsmouth SS113786 enlisted 30 September 1912 on HMS Victory II occupation prior to enlistment, haulage handDied 4th December 1915 aged 23 of pyopneumothorax and pulmnary tubercle in Royal Naval Hospital, Malta. His sister Mrs Mary Baldwin was informed of his death 5 December 1915
