CHILTON William. Private, 11391, 2nd, Royal Fusiliers, he was wounded in Gallipoli and died in St Andrews Hospital, Pembroke Malta 16th November 1915 of dysentery. Born in Chesterton North Staffordshire to William and Margaret Ann Chilton, nee Parson. 1901 he was residing with his parents and siblings in Johnson Street, Chesterton, 1911 residing as a boarder at the home of the Lockett family at 16 Red Lion Square, Chesterton, occupation, repairer detailer iron stone. Husband of Caroline Ann nee Penkethman who he married in 1911 in the Holy Trinity Church, Chesterton Staffordshire. On the 23 February 1916 his wife was granted a war gratuity revised 30 July 1919.
JENKINSON James Private 20377 6th East Lancashire Regt.
Wounded in Gallipoli , invalided to Malta and died at 5.p.m. in St. Andrews Military Hospital, Malta 13 November 1915 age 21 years. Native of Ancoats Manchester.
LILLEY John. Private, 14101, 8th Duke of Wellingtons West Riding Regiment, died 12th November 1915, aged 27 years. The son of Mrs. Maria Lilley, and husband of Ada Smith (formerly Lilley), of 8 West Leeds Street, Keighley, Yorkshire.
All at rest in Pieta Military Cemetery Malta in Plot D. Row VI. Grave 1.
