Son of William Henry Freemantle, 34 Lady Somerset Road, Kentish Town, London and the late Isabella Freemantle, husband of Beatrice Baker (formerly Freemantle), 2 Wilson Street, Anlaby, Hull.

At rest at Rugeley Cemetery, Staffordshire.
