Born 7 October 1889 to Hugh William and Alice Kate Draper nee Noble of New Bebington, Cheshire.
Husband of Alice Marion Augusta nee Glazebrook
Supplement to London Gazette date 9 November 1914.
4th Battalion, The Cheshire Regiment; the undermentioned to be Second Lieutenants.

His medal card (WW1) gave two residences. The Riding School, Shrewsbury and 12 Bromboro Road, Bebington, Cheshire
27 August 1918 joined the RAF attached to I.S. of A !!. 5 March 1919 joined 5th Liverpool Regiment at Pembroke Dock. Residence given for this period, 22 Bedford Road, Rock Ferry, Cheshire
1939 he was residing at Tyndalls Park Road, Bristol, occupation, Commercial vehicle sales manager.
Died in the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast 8 August 1943.
