Flight Lieutenant Trevor James DOE No. 4036950 Royal Air Force.
Died 26 June 1962 aged 38.

Husband of Ann Patricia Doe.

He was flying instructor with the Red Pelicans. On this day, 26 June he was in a Meteor T 7, WG962 instructing Flight Lieutenant Henry William Carter, when on take-off the starboard engine failed. The aircraft turned over and crashed upside down on the runway. Both died at the scene.
