SHUFFLEBOTHAM, Thomas. Trooper 4131779, 10th Royal Hussars, Royal Armoured Corps, killed in action at Mersa Matruh on the 28th June 1942 aged 27, whilst serving with the Middle East Forces. He give his all, for his King and Country no man can give more "Sadly missed at home" He was the son of Matthew and Nancy.

He is commemorated on a family memorial at Macclesfield Cemetery, Cheshire and also on the Alamein Memorial, Egypt.
