Thomas Samuel Eastabrook

Thomas Samuel Eastabrook. Stoker 5176, H.M.A.S. Brisbane, Royal Australian Navy.
He was born on the 19th February 1880 at Devonport, Devon to Sam Ebeneezer and Eliza Eastabrook.
1881 with his parents and siblings at 40 Cannon Street, Stoke Damerel.
1891 with his married mother and siblings at 19 Barrington Street, Parish of Charles, Devon
1906 he married Esther Kathleen Drake in Cardiff Glamorgan, South Wales
1911 she was residing with her children at 124 Toronto Road, Buckland, Portsmouth
19 October 1911 he joined the Royal Navy for the same years he was on board as Stoker on HMS Speedwell, moored at Sidmouth, Devon.
He was seconded to the Royal Australian Navy for three years from the 1st July 1912.

HMAS Brisbane from 31 October 1916 to his death 24 February 1917 in Malta.
He died at 03. 45 a.m. in Bighi Royal Naval Hospital Malta 24th February 1917 aged 27 of multiple injuries as the result of a fall.
