Son of Ernest Edward and Alberdine Elizabeth Gertrude Murfitt, of Karekare, Auckland, New Zealand; husband of Anne Murfitt, of Willesden, Middlesex. At rest in All Saints churchyard, Newton on Ouse, Yorkshire.
