Thomas Herbert STEVENSON. M.B. Captain 56545 Royal Army Medical Corps. Born 19 August 1872 at 23 Clarence Street, Derry, Ireland, second son of William and Martha Helen Stevenson, nee Young of Ravenhill Terrace, Belfast, Ireland. Parents were married 4 August 1870 parish of Templemore, County Londonderry. 1901 his parents and siblings were residing at 188 Ravenhill Road, East Belfast, Ireland. Enlisted as Lieutenant 25 April 1900, promoted to Captain 3 years later. He accompanied the Tibet Mission 1903-4. Died in Royal Herbert Hospital, Woolwich 21 March 1908 aged 35. He was awarded the Tibet (Mission) Medal 1903-4

Thomas Herbert STEVENSON of Fort Pit, Chatham, Kent died 21 March 1908 at Royal Herbert Hospital, Woolwich, Kent. His effects went to his father, commercial traveller.
