Extended Description: This memorial is at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire

Thomas Frank HARPER, Junior Engineer Officer, Merchant Navy, S.S. Matina (Liverpool) died at sea 24th October 1940 aged 22. Son of Samuel Harris and Jesse of 68 Holmefield Road, Aigburth Liverpool. Commemorated on the Tower Hill Memorial, London.
