WITHINGTON, Thomas David. (DFM) Pilot Officer, Pilot J/16089 Royal Canadian Air Force died 8th November 1942 aged 28. He was the son of Charles and Mabel Withington and he was the husband of Marjorie N. Withington, of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. He is at rest in Stratford on Avon Cemetery, Warwickshire.
