HART Thomas Charles. Trooper 206, A Squadron, 10th Australian Light Horse died 25th September 1915 . He was born 29th August 1894 at Perth, Western Australia, enlisted at Guildford, Western Australia 6th October 1914 aged 20, occupation, farmer. His next of kin was his sister Lynda S McGillivray of 92 Parvey Street, Perth, formerly of 365 Hay Street, Perth. He embarked for Gallipoli from Alexandria 16th May 1915. 24th June 1915 he went sick with influenza and 25th was admitted into 16 Stationary Hospital at Mudros. He was discharged fit for duty 2nd July and he joined his unit 4th July 1915 at Gallipoli. 29th August 1918 he was wounded by bomb shrapnel shattering one of his legs. He was invalided to Malta on Hospital Ship, Devanha, for some reason he was transferred to Hospital Ship Salta at Malta 4th September 1915 where he died of his wounds on the 25th September 1915. He was later taken to Military Hospital, Tigne, Malta for burial the following day.

Thomas FLANAGAN. Lance Corporal 16990, 6th Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Born 1887 at Bolton, Lancashire to Thomas and Mary Flanagan. 1891 residing with his parents and brother, Herbert at 26 Oak Street, Bolton. 1910 in the registration district of Bolton he married Phoebe Ann Leigh, 1911 residing with his wife at 1 Whittaker Street, Bolton, occupation, cotton warehouseman. Died 25th September 1915. His widow Phoebe Ann was granted a war gratuity 28 January 1916 revised 25 August 1919. This time she was called Mrs Phoebe Ann Tildesley wife of Thomas

Patrick HAYES. (alias Horseman Matthew Hayes). Private 19555, 2nd South Wales Borderers. Born at Waterford, Ireland, enlisted at Brynmawr, South Wales. Died in Malta 25th September 1915 of dysentery after contracting the infection at Gallipoli. His father James Horseman was granted a war gratuity 3 January 1916. His mother Catherine Horseman, nee Brett was granted a war gratuity 20 January 1916 revised 16 August 1919.
