Thomas BAKER, Leading Stoker, SS/113134, HMS Caesar. Born 16 October 1896 at Minehead, Somerset, died 14th October 1918 aged 28, in Bighi Royal Naval Hospital of broncho pneumonia following influenza. Son of J. and I. Baker, of New Cottages, Caerwent, Chepstow, Monmouthshire.

At rest in Plot D Grave 405 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
