ENLISTED 16 OCT 1902 AT ROYAL MARINE DEPOT, DEAL. HIS NEXT OF KIN WAS HIS UNCLE ALFRED ADDISON, POLICE CONSTABLE AT LIVERPOOL. DIED 6 AUG 1904 AGE 21 OF TURBERCULOSIS IN A HOSPITAL IN MALTA. HIS MOTHER WAS INFORMED OF HIS DEATH 17 AUGUST 1904.
