Percy Randolph TEETON MC Captain, 1/6th South Staffordshire Regiment, died of wounds October 17th 1918 aged 32. Son of William and Elizabeth of Hillside, 48, James Street, Stoke on Trent.

Commemorated on his parents memorial in Hartshill Cemetery, Hartshill, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and is buried in St Severs Cemetery Extension, Rouen, France
