Try and use a slower shutter speed, say, about 1/125 or 1/100. It just means you have to open up your aperture setting, but the problem with this is, you then have to be spot on with your focusing.
Here comes the tech bit.
Opening up your aperture will make your 'Depth of Field' smaller - see image below.
So it's a fine balance between getting the right shutter speed and the right aperture setting
