Captain 169921 Royal Army Service Corps formerly on enlistment the York & Lancaster Regiment, also served in the Great War and was twice Memtioned in Despatches (1914-1918) Born 1897 in Portsmouth, Hampshire and died in England 22nd July 1945 aged 48 Son of Ernest George James & Laura Sophia and husband of Winifred Isabel nee Griffiths of Chetwynd Aston, Shropshire.
Buried at St Andrews churchyard Church Aston Shropshire
