Stephen Robert (Trigger) WRIGHT

Extended Description: Gunner 25161593, Stephen Robert (Trigger) WRIGHT. 58 (Eyre's) 12th Regiment Royal Artillery killed on duty in Iraq, 4th September 2006 aged 20. from injuries sustained from a roadside bomb at approximately 1300hrs local time near the town of Ad Dayr, north of Basra City. He and Gunner Samuel Vanue were on a routine patrol in support of a Danish reconstruction team when the incident occurred, both died. At rest in St Andrew's Parish Church, Leyland, Lancashire.
This memorial plaque is at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire
