BOND Caroline [Carrie] 16th August 1940 aged 19 killed by a Nazi Plane Machine Gun fire when the yard where her wagon was situated was bombed twice and the wagon was strafed by bullets one of which killed her.. She was the daughter of Alfred and Mrs Bond of 2A Nelson Grove Road the address where she was killed. Buried at Merton and Morden Urban District Cemetery, Surrey
