Extended Description: Sarah CLEMENTS. Nurse VAD. London 120 Detachment.

Born 1892 at Portslade, Sussex.

1911 occupation, as a nurse. August 1915 residing at 2 Shrubbery Villas Shrubbery Road Southall London. Enlisted 5 August 1915. Served in British military medical establishments in France

3 June 1918 awarded 2nd Class Royal Red Cross Medal.

8 December 1917 Awarded the Scarlet Efficiency Stripe.

Died at Woolwich, London 9 November 1919
