Extended Description: Private 12/1127, Samuel SHELDON. 12th York and Lancs Regiment, killed 1st July 1916 aged 23 on the Somme. Son of Roger Janence and Mary Ellen of Budnel View, Baslow

Commemorated on a family memorial in St Anne's Churchyard, Baslow Derbyshire and on the Thiepval Memorial, Somme, France.
