Died 11 November 1918 aged 28 at Red Cross Hospital, Winchester.

His widow Myra Buxton nee Pointon was granted a war gratuity 12 May 1919 revised 13 December 1919.

At rest at Hanley Stoke-on-Trent Cemetery, Staffordshire.
