Royal artillery Museum, "The Rotunda" 1970's

Picture shows the RA museum "The Rotunda" on Woolwich Common, in south-east London. This museum was established in 1820. The building was originally a very large bell tent erected in St. James's Park in 1814. In 2001 most of its artefacts were transferred to the “Firepower Museum” on the site of the old Woolwich Arsenal
