Born 1907 to John Francis and Emily Julia Lovatt, of Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. Husband of Fanny Lovatt, nee Clarke of Hanley, Stoke on Trent He married his wife in 1927 at St Luke Church, Wellington, Stoke on Trent
Died 15 January 1940 aged 33.
