Extended Description: Private 1584, 1/1st Herefordshire Regiment, Killed in action at Galipolli attempting a rescue of fallen comrades 6th November 1915 age 24. Son of Jeremiah and Jessie Annie, Fernyfield, Abbenhall, Micheldean, Gloucestershire.

Commemorated on a family memorial St Michael's churchyard, Abenhall, Gloucestershire and also on the Helles Memorial, Turkey
