- Robin Frank ERNE. Born 1940 at Dartford, Kent to Staff Sergeant Frank Ernest Erne and Elsie Louise Winifreed nee Egan. Royal Army Pay Corps. At rest in Plot 1 Row 6 Grave 15 Imtarfa Military Cemetery, Malta. On the 7th February 1946 Elsie Louise aged 37, Robin aged 6 years and Valerie W aged 8 years embarked from London bound for Kingston, Jamaica. Their address in England was 55 Oakedene Road, St Mary Cray, Kent. They all returned from Kingston, disembarking at Southampton 6th October 1946. The address in England was 3 Closeworth Road, Farnborough, Hampshire. Died 21st May 1951 aged 11 years and 6 months. Valerie in 1954 got married.
