Captain Robert INGHAM. (retired, army captain) M.B.E., L.L.D.(Hons Causa)Malta, of Wortley Yorkshire. Founder of the M.M.D.N.A. (Malta Memorial District Nursing Association) in September 1945. Born 19th June 1892, died 13th August 1973. and his wife Constance Margery Ingham nee Banks of Brant Green, Warwickshire born 13th March 1893, died 5th May 1976. In World War 1 he was ADC to the Governor of Malta Island and served with the Northumberland Fusiliers in WW1. In WW2 he was still in the army in Malta.
