of Robert C. GORDON, Esqr, eldeft son of
Sir William GORDON of Embo, Bart.
He was Major of the 85th Regiment by whom
[under the command of his friend Major PURVES]
He was buried with Military Honors:
Died 28th November 1797 aged 25.
