This Holy Table and Mosaic Tiling have been placed in Down Cathedral by his parents. Stephen and Mabel Perceval-Maxwell
He was aged 24 when he was killed and his parents lived at Ballydugan House, Downpatrick, County Down. He is commemorated on a copper tablet in Down Cathedral, Downpatrick, County Down, Northern Ireland and he is at rest in Moreuil Communal Cemetery Allied Extension, Somme, France
