Reuben (Ruby) HUGGETT

Extended Description
HUGGETT Reuben k/a Ruby. Signalman, J/17499 Royal Navy of HMS Egmont. Born 5 November 1896 at Camberwell London to James and Phoebe Eliza Huggett, nee Pocock. In 1911 he was residing with his parents and brother at 146 Rolt Street, Deptford London occupation, post office telegraph messenger. Enlisted 4 May 1912 on HMS Impregnable occupation prior to enlistment, pill maker. Died 4th October 1918 in Bighi Royal Naval Hospital, aged 21 years from broncho pneumonia. His mother of 8 Caledonian Road Brighton Sussex was informed of his death.

At rest in Plot C Grave 390 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
