R T DAVIES, E N JONES & J A JONES

Extended Description
All three are buried in St Peters Churchyard, Holywell, Flintshire.

The old church was demolished in 1918 and a new one built in 2003. The headstones were moved to the boundry wall and over time are now covered with brambles , trees, etc. The churchyard itself now looks like and ordinary country field. I wonder what reason was given not to re-inter these soldiers. These "special memorials" are situated at St Margarets Churchyard, Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire, Wales
