Philip MIGGINS. Sapper 15204 Royal Engineers died 24 April 1914 in Malta. Born at Alton Philadelphia America in 1878 emigrated to Ireland. 1901 aged 23 he was a boarder at the home of Henry and Elizabeth Garrett of 10th First Avenue, New Kilmainham, Dublin. Occupation boilermaker.
Joined the army on the 7 December 1901 occupation boilermaker and engine driver. His brother James, sister Alice and half brother Christopher were granted a gratuity 1 July 1914. At rest in Plot 5 Row 5 Grave 1 in Pembroke Military Cemetery, Malta.
