Son of James Sydney Wilkinson and Sarah Ann Wilkinson, 136 High Street, Wellington, Salop.
Grandson of James and Jemima Horobin of Rosemary Hill.

Commemorated at Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium.

Commemorated on a family headstone at

Keele St John the Baptist Churchyard, Staffordshire.
