- LAWTY Percy. Private, 18490, 6th Battalion, Yorkshire Regiment. Died of wounds at St Elmo Military Hospital Malta 29th December 1915 from injuries received at Gallipoli. Son of Edwin was granted a war gratuity on the 6th May 1916. He was born about 1898 and in 1911 was living with his parents Edwin and Mary at 77 Hampton Road, Scarborough, Yorkshire.
HOLDING William Edward. Private, 13927, 2nd Battalion, Royal Fusiliers, died 30th December 1915, aged 16 years. The son Ernest Lee Core and Elizabeth Alice Holding (nee White).
MANGAROA Ngore William. Private, 16/400, New Zealand Maori (Pioneer) Battalion. Died 30th December 1915 in Malta of pleurisy, following wounds he received at Gallipoli. Brother of Miss Kuhu Mangaroa, of Kakahi, Main Trunk, New Zealand.
