Died 29 April 1918

Son of James William and Eva Penketh, Woman's Retreat, Church Street, Burwood, Sydney, New South Wales. His brother Milton Dudley Penketh 1st Bn. Australian Infantry, A.I.F. died 5 November 1916 aged 22 and is commemorated at Villers-Bretonneux Memorial Somme France.

At rest at Cheltenham Cemetery Gloucestershire.
