Lance Corporal William NORCOP No. 200353 1st/5th North Staffordshire Regiment.
Died 14 March 1917 aged 31

Son of Francis and Maria Norcop (nee Chidlow) and husband of Mary Norcop (nee Chadwick).
In 1911 he was residing with his in-laws at 25 George Street, Hanley and he was working in the potteries.

At rest at Rossignol Wood Cemetery, Hebuterne, France.

Commemorated on a family headstone at

Hanley Cemetery, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

N.B. CWGC record his name as being William Norcup.
