Yep its a 432 variant and they are 7th Armoured Squaddies.

...and as is usual with the Brits, woefully equipped or underequipped - check the various DPM jackets, helmet covers etc. Bloody good job they did and do though!

If my memory serves me right thats a WP round (WP=White Phosphorous(smoke))

Only fired a mortar once and that was donkeys years ago. I wouldn't know what round was what.
