Thank you very much for these touching photos! You have given a wonderful gift to my grandmother: Citra Moretti (91 years old)! Orlando Moretti was her Brother! I would like to know more about him !

Good to know that the photograph brought joy to someone close to this soldier. I do not have any futher details on him regrettably, as his Army records would not be available here in the UK. If I ever do find any details on this gentleman be assured that it will be posted here.

I'm reading at this moment many historical articles, studies and abstracts in national archives about italian soldiers fallen in british hands during the II World War...I Hope to find some information about the last years of my grandmother's brother Orlando Moretti! I will post any information I will find! Thank you again for your kindness!
