I think the Insignia displayed and part of your own title "luftwaffe" gies it away.

All german mig's-29 now are in Poland

Why are they in Poland Polar? I thought the Germans had a squadron dedicated to this a/c?

All german's mig's was sell to Poland by 1 Euro in 2003. Plane in best condition was transfered to 41 Sqn in Malbork. The second part after rebuild in Military Aviation Depot No2 in Bydgoszcz was transfered to this same Sqn
