Extended Description: Flight Lieutenant 90077 Michael ROOK. DFC 504 (County of Nottingham) Squadron Royal Auxiliary Air Force. 1938-1948. Born 12th October 1915 and was killed in a fatal flying crash on the 13th March 1948 aged 33. He is at rest in Edwalton Parish Churchyard, Nottingham.

This memorial plaque is at the Royal Auxiliary Air Force Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire.
