Extended Description: Reginald Henry KITCHEN, (KITCHIN) Pay Commander, HMS Cornwall. Died 6th July 1936 aged 42 at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta of Myocarditis (Polyneuritis) In 1901 he was living with his parents Henry Brunton and Ada Constance Kitchin nee Bacon at 188 Brockley Road, Brockley, London.
Wills and Admin, Ancestry. His home address was 27 Havelock Road, Southsea, Portsmouth, died on date and place stated. His effects went to Nellie Kitchin, widow.

At rest in Plot M grave 10 Capuccini (Kalkara) Naval Cemetery, Malta.

N.B. KITCHIN is his birth surname. His memorial has KITCHEN.
