Extended Description: Lilian Edith CHINN. Nurse VAD. Stationed at Devonport Military Hospital.

Born 1894 to Walter and Kate Matilda Chinn of Middlezoy, Somerset. Died peritonitis and meningitis 24 June 1917 aged 23. A war gratuity was granted 19 November 1919 to her father.

At rest in Holy Cross Churchyard, Middlezoy, Sedgemoor, Somerset.

Commemorated in the United Kingdom Book of Remembrance located in Berkshire
