L39 albatros isn't Russian plane. This is Czechoslovakia/Czech plane. In Warsaw Pact Czechoslovakia was specialized in production training jet. Before L39 standard WP training jet was L29 Delfin produced in Czechoslovakia too. From WP only Poland and Rumunia don't buy L39 plane.
