L171 LEO FREDERICK FELIX JONES. Able Seaman J17672 Royal Navy on HMS Iron Duke. Born 3rd November 1895 at Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, enlisted on the 23rd May 1912, died at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta of multiple injuries. Accidentally crush by the fluke of an anchor on the 27 January 1922 aged 23. His mother was informed of his death on the 30th January 1922. In 1901 he was living with his parents Frederick Edmund William and Catherine and his siblings at 17 Claremont Road, Leamington.

Wills and Admin, Ancestry - His home address was Hillgrove, Brighton, Hampshire died on date stated. His effects went to Catherine Jones wife of Frederick Edmund William Jones.
